Voice assistants
Every call answered, with its summary.
Voice assistants that answer the phone, handle simple requests and leave a summary of every call.
A call to change an appointment
The example shows a test call: the conversation transcript on the left and, on the right, the summary the team receives.

What you can do
- Answer the call. Greets, understands the reason and answers frequent questions.
- Handle the simple things. Takes messages, offers appointment changes or looks up authorised data.
- Leave the summary. Records reason, contact and next step.
How the work flows
An example with fictional data to explain the workflow, not a customer case.
Incoming call
A customer calls to move their appointment on 13/10/2026.
Guided conversation
The assistant checks the calendar and offers 15/10/2026 10:00.
Summary for the team
Reason, offer and next step are recorded.
Connections and control
- The numbers it answers, its hours and the data it consults are defined.
- What is kept (summary, transcript or recording), for how long and how callers are told is agreed.
- Layered protection: personal-data filters and access control. Masking hides identifiers; it does not make the data anonymous.
- Transfers the call to a person if the customer asks or it exceeds what was agreed. No deals or payments.
Frequently asked questions
Do callers know they are talking to an assistant?
Yes, the greeting says so. They can ask for a person; out of hours, a message is taken.
Are calls recorded?
The company decides: only the summary, or the transcript or recording too, with notice.
What if it does not understand?
It asks for clarification and, if still unclear, takes a message or transfers.
