ERP and CRM integrations

Your agents work inside your systems.

We connect agents to the ERP and CRM so they read and record data without copying by hand.

An ERP order that reaches the CRM

The example shows the same order in both systems: its status in the ERP and the activity the agent logs on the customer record in the CRM.

Own demonstration: on the left, order P-0000 with status Shipped in the ERP; on the right, the Example customer record in the CRM with the activity logged by the agent. Fictional data.

What you can do

  • Work in the ERP. SAP, Odoo or A3: looks up orders, stock and delivery notes; records what was agreed.
  • Work in the CRM. Odoo, Holded, Clientify, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365: contacts, activities and opportunities.
  • Connect both. Carries data from one system to the other.

How the work flows

An example with fictional data to explain the workflow, not a customer case.

  1. Order shipped in the ERP

    Order P-0000 changes to “Shipped”.

  2. Read and record

The agent logs it on the Example customer record in the CRM.

  3. Team up to date

The salesperson sees the status without asking.

Connections and control

  • What each agent reads and writes is agreed system by system.
  • Changing amounts, issuing invoices or deleting records is excluded or needs a person’s approval.
  • Layered protection: personal-data filters and access control. Masking hides identifiers; it does not make the data anonymous.
  • Each connection uses the system’s own route (API or connector) and is tested before going live.

Frequently asked questions

Which ERP and CRM systems do you work with?

Those listed above. If you use another, we review its connection options.

Can the agent change any data?

No. Only what was agreed; anything sensitive needs a person’s approval.

Do I have to change my ERP or CRM?

No. They work with the systems you already use.
