From first contact to quote, before interest cools.

An agent that replies to the contact, gathers what they need and prepares a draft quote for sales.

From request to reviewed draft

The example shows the sales pipeline with a qualified contact and, alongside it, the draft quote the salesperson reviews.

Own demonstration: sales pipeline with the stages New, Qualified, Draft and Sales; Example customer is at Draft, with a quote for two units of Product A awaiting the salesperson’s review. Fictional data.

What you can do

  • Qualify the contact. Asks the agreed questions: need, quantity, timing and contact.
  • Prepare the draft. Builds the quote from the catalogue and ERP price lists, without inventing prices.
  • Hand over to sales. Records the lead and draft in the CRM and notifies sales.

How the work flows

An example with fictional data to explain the workflow, not a customer case.

  1. Incoming request

An example customer asks for a price for two units of Product A.

  2. Questions and draft

The agent confirms timing and delivery and prepares the draft.

  3. Review and send

The salesperson reviews the draft and sends it.

Connections and control

  • The catalogue and price lists come from the ERP and the lead is stored in the CRM.
  • A salesperson reviews and sends the quote. Discounts, special terms and deadlines are decided by a person.
  • Layered protection: personal-data filters and access control. Masking hides identifiers; it does not make the data anonymous.
  • Qualification questions and priorities are agreed with the sales team.
