Personal assistants

One assistant per person, with their inbox under control.

Each employee has their own assistant: it reads their email, drafts replies to review and reminds them of follow-ups. For companies and freelancers.

One person’s inbox, sorted

The example shows an employee’s fictional inbox with a draft ready for review and a proposed follow-up.

Own personal assistant demonstration: Employee 1 inbox with Quote request, draft to review and a Send button the employee approves. Fictional data.

What you can do

  • Sort the inbox. Highlights what is urgent, groups what needs a reply and files the rest.
  • Draft replies. Writes drafts with the thread’s context and the knowledge allowed.
  • Keep follow-ups going. Proposes a reminder when a conversation stalls.

How the work flows

An example with fictional data to explain the workflow, not a customer case.

  1. A request arrives

An Example customer asks Employee 1 for a quote.

  2. Draft ready

The assistant drafts the reply with that person’s information.

  3. Review and send

The employee adjusts the text and decides to send it.

Connections and control

  • One assistant per person, connected to their email and calendar with their authorisation.
  • It does not send on the employee’s behalf without their approval, except under rules that person sets.
  • Independent of Markatel GPT and the multichannel centre: it is neither the corporate chat nor the shared inbox.
  • Layered protection: personal-data filters and access limited to each person’s mailbox. Masking data before the model is not the same as anonymising it permanently.

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from Markatel GPT?

Markatel GPT is the chat for company knowledge; the assistant works on one person’s email.

Can a colleague see my email?

No. Each assistant accesses only its employee’s mailbox.

Does it work for a freelancer?

Yes. A single assistant is set up, with no other products.
